Thank you!

Yesterday, we posted a new video on our YouTube channel explaining that we had moved our website to Substack and are now posting content daily, including excerpts from our upcoming Mexico City guidebook. We're still feeling our way around here, and while we have enabled Notes for shorter posts and some other Substack features, we still have a lot to do. And as silly as this may seem, it didn't occur to either of us that posting about this change on YouTube would lead to so many subscriptions.

Sorry. We just weren't ready. We should have been prepared with more personal welcome messages for everyone who subscribed. And we were not.

If you did subscribe, thank you. We are excited to share our love of Mexico City, and this website will help us do that on a more regular basis. We appreciate the trust you've shown by following along as we discuss our experiences here and in the book we're writing.

We are especially humbled that some of you thought enough of us and our work to pay for a subscription. We did not expect this, especially not so soon. But we will do everything possible to earn that trust, and build Eternal Spring into something even more special. Mexico City has taught us that it's the people around you who can make a place feel like home. You've done that for us here, and it's impossible to overstate how much that means.
