Pujol

Pujol and Quintonil (below) are widely considered two of the top restaurants in all of Mexico. They are the only restaurants in all of Mexico with two Michelin stars.

If you want to dine at Pujol, you have two options:

  • A six-course meal in the restaurant: Seatings at 1 pm, 3:30 pm, 6 pm, and 9:30 pm

  • A nine-course omakase meal at the bar: Seatings at 1:30 pm, 4 pm, 6:30 pm, and 9 pm.
